Operations Executive

Working within our operations team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise with our clients Amazon listings and accounts. You will play an important role in the smooth running of these accounts and work closely with our account management team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Resolving technical issues with product listings
  • Supporting with the management of clients Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Raising support tickets with Amazon seller support and vendor support
  • Interpreting data to support client-level and business decisions
  • Generation of stock reports
  • Generation of monthly client performance reports
  • Working closely with advertising, content and account management teams
  • Proactively making suggestions to help prevent issues from arising

  • Confident individual when speaking with internal and external stakeholders
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems using both set processes and thinking outside the box
  • Capable to handling large datasets and information
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time
  • Some experience in a similar role
