Brand Account Manager

We’re looking for a Brand Account Manager to champion our clients brands and closely work with the entire business to meet deadlines and targets. You will play a pivotal role in spearheading our clients growth and ensuring their experience with Unified Retail is the best it possibly can be.


Job role responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for your managed clients
  • Weekly/fortnightly calls with your clients
  • Overseeing the projects that various departments are working on
  • Hands on operational support wherever required
  • Working closely with different teams within the business
  • Onboarding new clients that you will manage
  • Face-to-face quarterly meetings
  • Proactive management and suggestions to ensure continued growth


What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years within an account management role
  • Experience of working within an e-commerce role (Amazon, eBay, Shopify etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and present presentations
  • Experience using software such as Google Sheets, Docs & Slides
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • A “can do” attitude and willingness to resolve issues at any length if they arise
